"Professor Cliff Neill, as I have come to know him throughout my college endeavors has been a beacon of inspiration and an educational icon to my fellow students and I. Professor Neill has always pushed us to do better in class and encouraged us to join extracurricular activities. He never sugar coated what life would be like after college in the working world and I will always respect him for that. If I could take another class that he was teaching I would in a heartbeat. This Man has a wealth of knowledge both in the professional and academic atmosphere. He changed my life for the better. "

"Cliff Neill is a Professor that you know can inspire new generations of videographers and editors, through his knowledge of Video Production. the lessons that he taught my class I still use to this day. Cliff has a a special gift to motivate and inspire, helping students reach and achieve their goals. I still find myself reciting his 8P's of Video Production, and I know I am not alone in saying that Professor Neill was always willing to make time for those who asked for his help. He was always someone I could go to for video production help and critique, even after my time of having him as a Professor, and his background in news helped us maintain our news program at Kutztown University. I cannot recommend him enough. Any video production department would be lucky to have a Professor of his caliber in their ranks!"

"Cliff Neill would always go above and beyond as a teacher, and mentor for myself at Kutztown University. With plenty of experience in the field, you were able to feel the passion he held for this industry in all of his lectures and any conversation held with him. He possesses a special quality that motivates his students to do better and try to exceed any expectation they initially set for themselves as he prepared us for life outside the classroom. His experience in the news room helped give valuable insight and gave the classroom a "real world" feel to it and undoubtedly helped us prepare for the future. Playing a great role in my life, he helped me learn what it takes to be successful in this field as he did with many others. I can't recommend him enough as any video production department would benefit greatly from having him."

"Clifford Neill (or Professor Neill, as I called him) was invaluable to my experience learning media skills at Kutztown University. His classes taught me practical knowledge such as proper camera settings in different environments and helpful editing techniques as well as important life skills such as talking to potential producers and having pride and passion in my work. It's safe to say that I would not be where I am today without Clifford's strong teaching skills, practical knowledge, and insight. Any staff should consider themselves lucky to have him as a team member."

"I had the privilege of studying under Cliff Neill from my junior to senior year at Kutztown University (2014-2016). I first met Neill while I was attempting to audition for the student-run television station, Newsbreak. After not getting the initial spot I longed for, Neill encouraged me to continue developing my craft behind the scenes. Once I had the opportunity to step into every role needed to create the show, I eventually landed my own weekly segment and graduated a member of the electoral board. Along with Newsbreak, I continued to gravitate towards Neill as an instructor and took his Fundamentals of Video Production. Here is where I developed my script writing skills and ability to work the camera to my advantage as a storyteller. Neill was constructive with his advice in order for your work to excel. His standards were high because he knew you were capable of reaching them. He fostered an atmosphere where your vision could flourish and those students around you not only become your professional colleagues aiding in projects and assignments but your extended family. Long after graduation, when there was a point I struggled to find my step again within media and production, Neill took the time to speak with me, reminded me of my potential, and inspired a renewed sense of confidence. His teaching technique always geared towards growth and enrichment. If you struggled, he was always there to help. If you succeeded, he was there too cheering you on. To have Neill in your corner and your classroom is to ensure you’re gearing up those individuals with the necessary tools to prosper inside the halls and outside in the real world."

"Professor Neill is an extraordinary teacher who routinely goes beyond the call of service when it comes to educating his students. To this day, I still rely on the core concepts that Prof. Neill teaches in all of his classes; summarized as proper pre-planning will lead to excellent performance. As a faculty advisor, Prof. Neill would act as an excellent resource in our student-run campus news show. He would assist in organizing meetings and department resources, offer advice from his experience in the industry, and would rally the club together by engaging with and inspiring its members."

"Clifford Neill possesses all the qualities of a great professor. After experiencing his teaching first hand, it did not take long to notice his in field experience contribute to his knowledgeability on his topics. Clifford also has a passion for what he teaches that really has a way of grabbing the attention of his students and making them want to be more involved with the class. As a former student of his, I have seen Professor Neill connect with myself and the rest of his students in a fair yet open minded manor which helped to create an environment that made me feel confident in the knowledge I was receiving while also safe to challenge myself. I can say that Clifford teachings inside and outside of the classroom has played a pivotal role in getting me to the place I am today in my career."

"I have had the pleasure of meeting Professor Neill my junior year of college at Kutztown University (2014-2015). He was one of our advisers for a show called Newsbreak now Spotlite. I cannot thank Neill enough for everything that he has taught in the classroom whether it was how to edit with different software's, how to operate a camera, how to use Photoshop and all aspects of putting a show together on Newsbreak/Spotlite. You were one of my favorite professors at KU!! Neill is a hard worker, very personable, passionate and professional. I would highly recommend Neill for any position in the Media Production field."

"Prof. Neill was the first teacher I had in the Field of Film/Media, and one of the best teachers I had at Kutztown during the time I was there. He taught me how to first use a camera, how to put a Newscast together, and how to work in a team atmosphere. Hard working teacher and mentor as he would always be determined to the students he was teaching. Putting the students first. I still use the information he taught me today in the work I do. Neill is a wonderful teacher of Film/Media, he taught me the most and loves what he does, a fabulous addition to any University/College."

"His background throughout the news industry in NY and PA made my early academic experiences enjoyable. Instead of taking Electronic Media solely from an entertainment perspective, Professor Neill was able to blend those aspects along with his experiences in TV news to provide young minds with a solid groundwork into what we work towards down the line. Whether it’s behind a desk in a TV setting or at a college or university, Clifford Neill is the ideal candidate to bolster any field that he’s able to jump in, and I have no doubt his continued dedication to his craft will propel him to tremendous heights."

"Cliff Neill was one of the great influences during my stay at Kutztown. He taught every course passionately, whether it be in the classroom, studio, or out in the field and was always attentive to every students needs. He often came up with clever methods to get across core concepts and ideas in every aspect of production. A great teacher and a pleasure to have in the classroom, Professor Neill always made assignments fun but also made sure to temper our work with professionals standards and always strived to teach us the different methods of production to meet those standards, whether that be in the editing room or behind the camera. A wonderful and great teacher that any student would be lucky to have."

"Professor Neill was one of the best teachers I've had throughout all my years of education. While I was in his classes, he always invested in the success of his students and would consistently go out of his way to help in any way that he could. Not only is he an incredible instructor, but he consistently uplifts and empowers his students, even long after they have left his class. I had him as a professor about 5 years ago, and he is still encouraging me to be the best I can be, which really speaks to him not only as a teacher but as a person. I can easily say I wouldn't be in the spot I am today without his help along the way, and I am eternally grateful for the positive impact he has played in my career and life.."
